The challenge
The client wanted customers to pay online by bank card instead of in cash or at an office, and needed every payment to be traceable for accounting.
What we did
We built a payment service that creates orders, sends customers to the bank's payment page, and confirms the result from the bank's callback rather than trusting the browser. Checkout works on the website and in the mobile app. Staff get a back office to search transactions, issue refunds and export reports for reconciliation.
The result
Customers pay online at any time, and accounting reconciles payments from one report instead of collecting them by hand.
