The challenge
When sales and the warehouse keep separate records, nobody knows the exact stock until someone counts it, and items run out before anyone reorders.
What we did
We built a web CRM where an order reserves stock as soon as it is created, deliveries from suppliers add it back, and every movement is logged. Products show status at a glance (in stock, low, reorder), and managers get sales and stock reports by period, product and customer.
The result
Sales and the warehouse now work from the same numbers, and reordering starts from an alert instead of an empty shelf.
